These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online livestock management software service ("Service") provided by Sheepal ("Company", "we"). By registering for or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Sheepal is a cloud-based farm management software that includes recording sheep and goat flocks, tracking births, vaccinations, diseases, weight, milk yield and feed rations, and reporting. The Service may be offered with different capacities and features depending on the selected subscription plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not to gain unauthorized access to the system, and not to engage in actions that disrupt the operation of the Service.
The software, design, logo and content of the Service belong to the Company or its licensors. The livestock and farm data you enter belongs to you; this data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Paid plans are subject to predetermined periodic fees according to the selected plan. Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure. Cancellation and refund terms are specified separately on the plan details page.
The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or data. Final decisions regarding livestock operations are the user's own responsibility; the Service does not replace veterinary advice.
Your account may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The Company may update these Terms with prior notice. The current Terms are published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Aydın have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Sheepal ("Company") acts as the data controller and operates at Köprülü Veysipaşa Mh 1626 Sk No:6 Efeler/Aydın, Türkiye. For questions about your personal data, you may contact us at kvkk@sheepal.com.
While using the Service, personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, business/tax number, address, payment transaction details, and service usage logs are processed. Your livestock records (ear tag/RFID number, breed, weight, health history, etc.) are not personal data in themselves, but are subject to confidentiality principles to the extent they can be linked to your business identity.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the Service, managing your account, carrying out billing and payment transactions, providing customer support, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including where processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "necessary for compliance with a legal obligation", and "legitimate interest".
Your personal data may be shared, to a limited extent necessary for providing the Service and fulfilling legal obligations, with payment infrastructure providers, hosting/server providers, and legally authorized public authorities. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, taking into account statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial law, etc.); upon expiry it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about such processing, to learn its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK, to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
The Service uses essential cookies for session management and to remember your preferences. Separate consent is obtained for non-essential cookies.
To exercise your rights, you may submit your requests in writing to kvkk@sheepal.com or to Köprülü Veysipaşa Mh 1626 Sk No:6 Efeler/Aydın, Türkiye. Your requests will be resolved free of charge within the period stipulated by the KVKK.
